This naturally processed micro-lot from Coope Tarrazú, a Costa Rican cooperative made of over 3,500 partners and associates in the province of San José, is roasted light to highlight a fruit-forward taste with a floral aroma. In the cup we taste notes of raspberry and vanilla.
As an espresso this coffee is rich and syrupy.
