- Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations:
- Opened coffee products cannot be returned
- Items not in original condition are not eligible
- Returnable Items (If Applicable)
We may accept returns when:
- You received the wrong product
- Product arrived damaged
- Packaging was severely damaged
Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.
- Conditions for Returns
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Photos/videos may be requested.
- Refunds
Once inspected and approved:
- Refund may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
- Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before dispatch only.
