  1. Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations:

  • Opened coffee products cannot be returned
  • Items not in original condition are not eligible
  1. Returnable Items (If Applicable)

We may accept returns when:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Packaging was severely damaged

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Photos/videos may be requested.

  1. Refunds

Once inspected and approved:

  • Refund may be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side

Orders may be canceled before dispatch only.
