China Yunnan is a distinctive specialty coffee grown in the mountainous region of Yunnan, China, at elevations between 1,400 and 1,600 masl. Produced from the Catimor variety and naturally processed, it offers a balanced, approachable cup: smooth roasted almonds and dark chocolate, layered with gentle lime citrus and a natural sugarcane sweetness. Pulled as espresso, it delivers a chocolate-forward shot with subtle brightness and a well-rounded finish.
